I'm excited to announce that I got a printer! Here's a lame video of me popping in the first set of ink cartridges into the machine.
Happy 20th anniversary, Glenn and Koy Lovell!
20th Anniversary
A few weeks ago after a long day of photographing in Flutter Studio, I go out to dinner with Aaron Smith, a fellow photographer | amazing retoucher. We went to one of my favorite little spots, Cafe Bengodi. It was such a nice day in Seattle, so we decided to sit out on the deck area. - Sat, talked about random stuff, business, life, blah blah blah. Glenn and Koy, people in the image above, began talking to us. - if we been to this restaurant before, what's fun to do, and things about Seattle. After a bit of small talk, we come to find out they were from Oregon in Seattle for their 20th anniversary! With such shock and joy I had for them, I asked if I could have the honor to photographing them in the studio. At first, they passed on my offer. After we paid our bill and was ready to head back to the studio to clean, they reconsidered. Off to the studio, we went. Quick 20 minute session and off back to the hotel they went. Koy did a leg clap when they walked away. (Yea, Koy I totally saw you do that.)
Once again, HAPPY 20TH ANNIVERSARY!
Human | Nature gallery show
Feb 7 | Eastern Cafe | 7-10 PM
“Human / Nature” is my graduating thesis work. It is a snapshot of what I found to be an achievement of humans. The photographs are symbolic entity of areas that has gotten humanity to where we are now. The use of wood helps paint a story of natures regrowth that will eventually happen to everything in life - “Return back to nature.”
